Maybe you shouldn’t watch anime where 30 year old women look like little girls. I’ve never seen this problem in JoJo’s. For example, Erina is 12 in the first picture and 19 in the second.

They practically look the fucking same facial wise?? Not to mention Tomoko at the end of the series is 18 and she looks the same as she did when she was 15.

The first photo isn't explicitly drawn in a way that shows she's 12, you can't really tell from the face alone in anime because of the inconsistency of it between studios. You have to tell from other cues such as the body and relative size and etc.
