freedom of speech is when i let people with obvious bad intent post on my website because their clitties might leak
 
They're unbanning discord users, talking about doing raids to revitalize the site, the owner made a thread asking what he should do to keep the site alive, he's put his friends into position of power, whose only addition to the site have thus far been to add reactions and custom roles...
I still have some minuscule shreds of hopes for the site but I'm not far away from giving up.

Oh yeah about discord, they openly and unapologetically talk about using discord.

I mean Moon explicitly said he'd do this if he bought der schlog ximself. I just don't understand the reasoning aside from freeze peach. Even if he somehow manages to moderate it so that minors can't access it, I don't see how having NSFW boards or whatever benefits the site or any site really.

I think moon believes that no sites should have any rules other than the law (and he’d probably ignore a lot of those too if he could). He seems to think freedom to post whatever you want is more important than the site having a good community.

Kiwifarms is 18+ and they don't allow unspoilered NSFW (most of the time). The schlog isnt a lolcow documentation forum, he has no fucking idea how to manage a website clearly. Nobody wants to see porn on a soyjak forum, the sharty already exists for that

This is what happens when you have outsiders take power and then take advice from malicious and incompetent users. You know they had a knowledgeable moderator who was willing to help them get things on the wrong track but it seems that they think they know better. Jakblog.soy is real.

Kikebro has a point honestly, but liberty must be deployed on the right people, at the right time, correctly.

As said, the only thing that annoys me is their access to our IPs and emails.
