Because that sounds funny, and it shouldn't be too hard to make. I could also go with an Italian blackshirt uniform. Maybe I'll do that for a different plush.

No, I would be doing this even if I had nobody to show it to. It's just funny and I decided it'll be a good way to practice my sewing. My next step will be making human-sized clothing.
