Are you kidding? Iraq is historically known for having a Sunni ruling class despite being majority shi'a. Take Saddam for example, and all of his cronies. Iraq is 65% Shi'a and 30% Sunni, but most government is Sunni. Also, the north Iraqi Sunni extremists are the exact kind of guys who want this. And iraqis are migrating to khuzestan lil bro, not the other way around 🤣
