I dont really see other races in large egnough numbers to evaluate them.
I see fewer Africans than Whites, i only consider very few whites as intelligent.
I thus believe this explains why i very rarely see intelligent Africans.
As for the violent crime rates just go to the rust belt and you will see poverty causes crime. (86 percent of all adult offenders and 75 percent of all youth offenders (aged 12 to 17) were males. Social and economic disadvantage has been found to be strongly associated with crime, particularly the most serious offences including assault, robbery and homicide. Data collected on offenders shows that they tend to be unemployed or employed in low-paying, unskilled jobs.)
