Its not fun but literally everyone has it, even I have it but there's almost no game in gmod. Facepunch has scammed us all by selling us a stripped down version of HL2 for $10.

Personally i don't hate GMod but i think it's very overlooked, most servers are very laggy, my another problem comes from furfags and tranimes addons models that you INHRRENTLY have to download becauase you HAVE too validate furxistas and playing without friends is simply not fun.

any mario kart game

They're made for on the spectrum autismos. Its the only talked about racing game today and as a racing game its just lame. the "competitive" scene is either exploiting maps to gain the fastest times or abusing mechanics instead of actual skill vs skill. i want more high speed octane shit, but this sack of turds is the fucking gold standard of racing games and developers cater to them.
