Fitness & Calorie Counting

I eat around 4000 calories a day and frequently lift. I won't be posting physique for privacy reasons or whatever but I'm an average looking guy.
Yesterday I spent most of the day with family so I couldn't really eat enough. (Only had about 2700 calories that day) so now I have to make up for it by eating extra today by eating 5300 cals. The gym was closed for Easter Sunday as well, which was quite a shame, so I had to do a home back day.
I've thought of gradually increasing my caloric intake until I can regularly eat 5000 calories a day, but 4000 seems to be a good and realistic mark for me at the moment.
4/20/2025 - Technically almost done but I gotta make up for yesterday so I still need to eat a bit more.

SSRIs make you gain weight like nothing else. Only a month after I stopped taking them, I've lost over 20 pounds.

It gets so easy when you get into the rhythm. I can’t imagine how I’d be if I didn’t track my calories at all. I think I’d be stuck at 135 for years…
