My best advice for him is to disband his team of teenagers and focus on hiring people aged 18 to 30 who are more likely to handle responsibilities maturely. He should stop banning people based on personal ego. It’s unreasonable to falseflag and spam pony child porn and blame those things we clearly didn’t do. Just focus on running the site properly and managing it with accountability.
