I believe any and all of God's children can be redeemed as per the plan of salvation.
I also don't believe every single human is one of God's children.
Refer to John 15:18-19: "If the world hates you, know that it has hated me before it hated you. If you were of the world, the world would love you as its own; but because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you."
Or 1 John 2:15: "Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him."
Or 1 John 3:9-10: "No one born of God makes a practice of sinning, for God’s seed abides in him; and he cannot keep on sinning, because he has been born of God. By this it is evident who are the children of God, and who are the children of the devil: whoever does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor is the one who does not love his brother."
All this implies that there is a category of (((people))) in the world that came FROM the world and will simply rot back into it when they die, and that these (((people))) are separate from the children of God. Doebeit if you've ever worried about whether or not you're in that category then you're probably not; similar to how a narcissist will never consider the possibility that they're a narcissist.
I also believe to an extent that some (((people))) are simply servants of another deity; otherwise the 10 Commandments wouldn't need to clarify that false idolatry and putting other gods before ours is le bad
