I really don't know what to put as my first message except that I find it strange that this guy was 42 in this photo, man, gays were just hotter back then (yes, this is a gay man.), definitely better than the femboy garbage now-a-days meant to groom teenagers. I can't find the thread, but someone made a thread on the first soyjak.blog on how gay people were looked on with more "prestige" back then, suit-and-tie type shit, and I definitely believe it.

Twink death really never hit people who actually took care of themselves back then, now-a-days everything is ultra processed slop that ages you.

If this is real, which I highly doubt, these vultures on twitter say whatever they can to get attention, the team behind it will 100% use shitty CGI instead of the practical effects and stop-motion the Chiodo Brothers used in the original movie. Speaking about the Chiodo Brothers, where are they? It just says Ryan Gosling, who apparently is a fan of the original movie. I really don't know if this'll even do well in the box office, 80s B-movies lost popularity like in 2023, especially Killer Klowns, which had a resurgence in 2023 when Universal Studios opened up a Halloween Horror Nights based around the movie. I don't mean to sound like a hippie who's like "everything you liked I liked 5 years ago" but this reminds me of the new Jurassic World movie coming out which I probably won't watch either which has none of the original cast. Speaking about the cast, who the fuck are you going to cast? John Vernon (Officer Mooney) is fucking dead, the actors for Terenzi Bros are like 60, same with all of the young cast like Debbie, Mike, and Officer Hanson, they're all old as fuck.

I will be watching, but really, no thanks, remakes are awful anyways, this should've either been a sequel, or should've stayed in the 80s. I don't even know why people do remakes, a lot of people will argue "It's for new audiences, especially younger audiences who don't like old movies with cheap effects" If new audiences really liked it so much, they can just watch the original.

The Chiodo Brothers have wanted to make a sequel since literally 30 fucking years ago, but these corporations that acquired Killer Klowns have given them a shitty, straight-to-DVD budget that may have worked in the 80s but now no more.

Also, what's up with these shitty videogame companies acquiring IPs from old horror movies like Friday the 13th and this one and turning them into shitty asymmetrical horror games? The only reason I play KKFOS:TG is because there's cross-play between Xbox and the Playstation, and the people from those 2 consoles rage at eachother, calling eachother slurs like faggot and nigger, and I find that to be super funny.
