Well what makes Persians not Arabs is the fact that we're ethnic cousins of south Caucasus people, and not Arabs, albeit of course we have Arab DNA after the rashidun caliphate. Hell, my great grandmother is an Arab from Najaf, Iraq, and a Sayyid, which is where I get the Muhammad from.
Mongol admixture is only a bit though. Like maybe 3% as opposed to Arab 10%. Mainly what makes us different is that we are Indo-European (like 30%), and that's also what makes our language completely different from turkic or semitic ones.

Same goes for everyone else. I have an internally racist mind only because stereotypes are earned. It is dangerous not to be a racist. I avoid negros because they’re dangerous and have a long history of harming people. I would feel much safer around a European than around a negro because negroes have earned the stereotype of violence. Euros avoid and are even sometimes hostile to Arabs and Africans because those groups have poor reputations of violence and I don’t blame them for it despite being Arab myself.
