Most of the buffets closed or turned into overpriced ghost kitchens that rely on uber eats. Half the time now when i buy general tao chicken it's this awfull tasting red 40 filled corn syrup that tastes way too sweet and the chicken is dry as fuck. Some of the local restaurants here even started using the same frozen imperial rolls that they sell at costco. In general the food got shittier (not that it had ever not been shitty but atleast it used to taste awesome instead of just being shitty health wise) for a higher price.
