They both have different ips. Even if you think Telnet could've just moved to Ohio they don't really act the same. It also makes no sense why Telnet would shit on his own site

There's no proof suggesting both are the same people

There's two possibilities I can think of. Either Moon is lying since p0rt42 is apparently an easier pill to swallow for Nuschloggers or Moon is bad at datamining and failmined Telnet thinking he's p0rt42. I doubt Quote thinks Telnet is p0rt42

Moon's excuse is there's account sharing but that doesn't explain why we and Quote have Telnet's ip
