isnt all of this because 26 indian men got executed by some terrorists in pakistan or something along those lines

More specifically it's about control over the indus river which gives water to almost all of paksitan and hundreds of millions of people in northern india. It's also good for creating nationalist sentiment which distracts people from internal issues. There's also a ton of bad blood between them due to several wars over the last 80 years. There's also obviously the kashmir conflict where both countries consider themselves the rightful owner of the territory.

India and bangladesh don't hate each other since india liberated bangladesh from pakistan in the 70s and ended the bengal genocide.

The current escalation is because of that, yes.

Bangladesh are Muslims too and used to be part of Pakistan so they probably don't have very good relations with jeets.
I often see jeets shitting on Bangladesh so that's what I assume.
