I got jump by 2 homeless guys last nigth

Me and brother we're drinking vodka in a parking lot in the party part of town. I was drunk as shit and some piece of shit methead jumped me and started punching me. They stole my belt so i came back to get it back but one of them had his hand in his coat and i heard the sound of a switchblade being clicked. I dont know why i pussied out, i know i did the rigth choice but like i feel it would have atleast not affected my self worth as much if i had atleast tried fucking them up in return. I just feel like a victim, i only managed to kick one of them in the face when he was punching me. I hate myself, i am a 180 pounds 6'1 boxer and i was drunk as shit but i just wish i had thrown them into the river, fucking pieces of fucking shit.
