Not sure but one of them was getting an A+ on every level on Hotline Miami 2. The beard levels were infuriating. Call of Duty 1 on veteran is also a contender

Halo 2 Legendary, Terraria Calamity Infernum, Rain World. I want to beat Silver Surver NES some day but its buck breakingly difficult. There is a video of Booty of Cinemassacre fame beating it in like 25-30 minutes.

for me, Super Columbine Massacare RPG! (when I played it the first few times, I kept on getting caught and shit... then it got really harder when I got to the second half of the game where it takes place in hell, I kept on getting killed so badly by those demons from DOOM that I almost gave up until I got to the Satan boss, it was kinda hard and if I recall, lost a couple of times, but luckily I managed to beat it 100%)
